About Ian
Ian Barnes is a Digital Artist, Drummer, Wordsmith, Creator of the Warped Moogie Music Project, and Founder of Cinian Studios Inc.Ian taught himself computer hardware and software in the late 1980s and established a deep technical foundation which morphed into his passion for creating digital art.Today, he seamlessly manipulates Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, Photoshop, and advanced digital tools to bring his distinct artistic visions to life.
Chromavexial
Ian's Chromavexial work is built entirely in code as a system of hard edged vectors, one point perspective, and continuous spectral gradients. Color is not painted on but computed. Each stroke samples a full rainbow ramp so that magenta, cyan, lime, amber, and all colors shift along every edge.
